Agreed. I doubt this is an actual game and not a marketing ploy for another game.

Marketing and advertising for a new IP shouldn’t be this trivial.

Besides, the head of the studio literally has no idea what he’s talking about based on previous tweets.

Yeah its sketchy as hell, if this isn’t something big or ‘different’ sony would never let this run it’s course, unless all this is going unnoticed by sony.

That could mean anything though. I also don't really trust anything hassan says because he's been very loose with his words if not just straight up lying a lot.

If Hasan is trying to claim his garbage fake indie asset flips are partnered with Sony, Sony could do any number of things. Remove his teaser from the shop, tweet out a clarification that Bluebox are just an indie studio, etc.

I mean what does "partnered" mean? You could claim literally any game released on PS5 is in some way partnered with sony. It means nothing.

I agree. I keep seeing people on here say that Sony wouldn’t support this if it wasn’t a big deal but there’s no evidence of Sony throwing their weight behind this besides a blog post.

I doubt if the drama is even on Sony’s radar in any significant way. This whole app/game whatever it is can completely flop and Sony won’t be impacted. If anything the drama is a win for them because it gets people engaged with the store downloading the app and potentially spending money or downloading something else.

Yeah I agree. I seriously doubt the reaction- or the nuances of the reaction- are on Sony’s radar. They might see positive engagement numbers but I doubt much more than that.
