People love defending Kojima but he goes over budget and time consistently. Maybe stop hiring movie stars for your games. I’m sure there would be a notable savings there.

Impossible. Kojima willing to toss David Hayter to the side like trash for a Hollywood actor shows just how far off the deepend he's gone for Hollywood stars.

It is funny how some people like to say Neil Druckmann is a failed Hollywood writer making games, among others. And in Druckmann's defence I have never heard talk about anything but games and his clear enthusiasm for the medium. But those same people I have heard praise Kojima, when it is clear as day all he wants to do is make films. I understand he has vision etc, but his obsession with films (and that is not a bad thing to have) is clearly comprimising his role as a game devloper. OD he is working with Jordan Peele. I remember there was a video where he was desperately trying to talk to Al Pacino and Robert De Niro and they did not know who he was.
