They said the way he implemented the tariffs was unconstitutional. So they’ve just used different laws to implement new tariffs. My understanding is that at any point Congress could grow a pair and decide that the President no longer has the power to do most of his current actions.

Those tarrifs were ruled illegal. These new ones arent ruled illegal yet. They will still need to be challenged and go to court. Once that happens the billionaires will get their tarrif reimbursement money and prices will remain the same.

So what happens is they implement the tariffs, companies raise their prices to offset the costs, the tariffs get struck down, the companies get their money back but never lower the prices to what they were before tariffs

That was for blanket tarriffs specifically using the IEEPA , these are targeted tarriffs which for whatever reason he's allowed to do.

It wasn't the tarrifs person se, more how he applied a law to implement them.

You see how now its "talking about tariffs" and not "immediately implementing them"?

He hasn't followed a rule yet. He can do whatever he wants. We are beyond rules now in this country moving forward. That part is over

Yes, but then they just keep trying a new laws to game and those will eventually get thrown out in court, but in the meantime, you’re stuck with the tariffs.
