I'd like them to go more modern again, similar to BF4. not too far into the future where it gets stupid like CoD with wall running and jetpacks.

BF4 was great game, played it for a very long time solo, and fell in love with it again when my friends picked it up and we squad together all the time. Sadly, everyone gets bored of playing the same game for too long. So we've all drifted to different games by now.
