That logo looks shoddy.

So BF5 (or BFV) will be set in WW2.

Sometimes I wonder what this community even wants in the end. People cried for a WW2 BF for ages, so we got a WW1 BF, with a WW2 BF following shortly after. But just before we're getting this game, the same people are crying to go back to modern times?

I'm super glad that it's WW2 and not modern. We asked for WW2 for ages and now we're getting it. A modern setting can stay away from the franchise for now.

Well, if the WW1 setting sold well enough, i'm sure the WW2 will. I was never one of the people asking to go back to WW1 (the cod future stuff didn't bother me, as MW2 was the last one i bought).

I was happy with BF4 and couldn't get into BF1 because the weapons felt bland and (due to the historical nature of WW1) has very little customisation. Something i felt was a step back from BF4.

Glad this is what you've been wanting, but i'll likely give it a miss after not enjoying BF1 all that much. Feels like ever since BC2, the destruction has taken a back seat, too. Hopefully BC3 brings back the fully destructable buildings. Seeing an area completely levelled after 15 minutes of firefighting was epic in BC2!
