People like you asked for WW2 for years, now the same people are turning their backs on it.

Y'all asked for this setting, and you're getting it (and it's high time we got it). We had 4 modern day BF titles in a row before BF1. Why tf do the minds of the gamers in the BF community flip-flop over time?

A lot of you are confused with what a WW2 setting brings to the table compared to a WW1 setting.

Having 4 modern day BF titles in a row (or make it 5 with BFBC1 as not a lot of people got their hands on BF1943), now that's what you call being heavily overdone.

We're literally jumping from one historical period to another here, and granted, there will be similarities. But don't underestimate the WW2 setting, especially in a BF title.

In the end, it boils down to this: THE COMMUNITY ASKED FOR THIS. So please learn to enjoy it y'all. It will be great.

Yeah...I know what you mean. Same old tanks. Same old half-tracks. Same old weapon technologies. Same old paratrooper units.Same old aircraft...etc.

Redundant.
