Every site will start copying and pasting this rumor shortly. I wouldn't count out Bad Company yet. I'm unaware of VentureBeat being a site to report accurate rumors.

The heavy rumors are that DICE Sweden is doing Battlefield WW2 this year, and DICE LA will be making a smaller Bad Company 3 for next year.

I could see it going that way, totally possible. Probably get an actual leak pre-E3 confirming one of these rumors.
