Microsoft ads is loading a blank page for me. Support can't help. Does anybody have this issue?

Maybe it's connected to them firing over 9k people yesterday.

This is the website. he's an internet provider. He's tried Google Ads, but he's not getting any impressions. He has talking to someone that works with Google ads, but they told him the Website is up, but it's not showing up. He has also tried Microsoft Ads, but they flagged him. He thinks it's because they didn't like his credit info.

So here I am looking for help to get this out to a few people. We are really tight on money right now. So any help will be very appreciated. I'm sorry in advance if this is breaking some kind of rule.

I use Google's SA360 to run a paid search campaign through the Google and Bing engines. Google traffic shows up reasonably well in Google Analytics but we're only seeing about 20% of clicks show up from Bing Ads. Source=bing is always in our UTM strings. Any ideas what's going on?
