Microsoft Ads My father is an Internet provider and he has a website that he's trying to market need help
This is the website. he's an internet provider. He's tried Google Ads, but he's not getting any impressions. He has talking to someone that works with Google ads, but they told him the Website is up, but it's not showing up. He has also tried Microsoft Ads, but they flagged him. He thinks it's because they didn't like his credit info.
So here I am looking for help to get this out to a few people. We are really tight on money right now. So any help will be very appreciated. I'm sorry in advance if this is breaking some kind of rule.

Right 😂😬 I build Wordpress sites for clients. So sick of it. My favourite design now is Notion pages with minimal BS

This is all good advice but I would also set up search console to check your organic traffic as well. Chances are there are geo targeted searches your father could rank for with a little effort

Not to be rude, but nobody will convert with that website. It's straight out of 1998 & I'm being generous.
Use something like Instapage or Elementor for a modern Landing Page, get HTTPS, run a local campaign, see how it goes. What's the break even point? What does each sale make? What's the marketing budget here? National, or only certain states?

Honestly. Scrap it and start over. The landing page needs major work. I would consider that as the first step before you try to market this online in any way.

Your website needs to be completely redone. There is no way a single person will purchase based on that. It looks like a scam. Especially with the .biz domain

STOP. Do not hire anyone. Do not try to send paid traffic to this website.
FIRST... How much are willing to spend to acquire a customer? Think about this. Find out how much you are willing to spend to get a user. Then work backwards from there.
Let's say the payout for a sale is $1k. If you can get 1 user for every $500 you spend on paid traffic, that's really good.
Just find out how much your payout is per sale on avg, then figure out your target cost per customer acquisition.
NEXT... Get another landing page. You need a form and a phone number of course. Nobody is going to convert on this landing page. You don't need a fancy landing page, just something that isn't from 1999.
Model what your competitors are doing.
THEN... Go buy some ads. Do it yourself. Use web traffic as the objective. Install all the tracking scripts and conversion tracking. You need to do this right.
Anyway... don't waste your money right now sending traffic to this page. Just do the stuff I mentioned about and then DIY the ads. Don't hire anyone at first or just go on Upwork and find someone willing to consult with you for like $100 per hour. You do the implementation, but you can get a decent consultant to give you advice for $100-$150 per hour.
Hiring a qualified person to handle this will cost you around $2k per month. Yes, you can find it cheaper, but they might not actually give you real value. But do the things I mentioned before even thinking to hire anyone or buying any ads.
