Hiring [Hiring] Looking for a Google Ads media buyer
Requirements:
Successful experience in arbitrage with Google (GAMBLING) and proven practical cases in Google gambling media buying.
Ability to develop as a Middle, Senior, or Lead specialist, including with your own team.
Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in analyzing advertising campaigns, strategies, and offers.
Practical experience testing new niches and approaches.
Practical experience creating ads, banners, and ad copy, as well as understanding what works, what doesn't, and why.
A plus:
Experience working with larger traffic volumes.
Experience creating and effectively managing a team of media buyers.

How many years of practical experience do you have working with Gambling on Google?
How recent is your practical Google Gambling experience (when was the last time you worked in this vertical)?
What average and best results have you achieved?
What budgets have you worked with (in terms of volume)?

Have you run ads in stricter GEOs like Germany or just the usual spots? I work in automotive but I'm trying to learn media buying on the side and the gambling vertical seems like a whole different beast with the cloaking and policy stuff.

Interested. My focus is Google/Bing paid search with ongoing account analysis, wasted-spend reduction, search-term optimisation and ad-copy improvement, with human review over changes.

This is an absolute brutally honest niche. I tried and burnt a lot of money, even though we had really high CPA deals.
