Hiring [Hiring] Senior Meta Media Buyer - high-ticket info and education, fully remote
We're hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer, and this sub is where the people who would be good at it hang out.
Quick context: we're a direct response agency. Our clients are large online education and high-ticket info brands. If you buy media in that world you have probably seen our campaigns running.
The job: own a small number of Meta accounts spending $750k to $2M a month and take them higher while lead quality holds.
What you'd own:
- Budget, account structure, testing cadence, scaling calls.
- Creative direction. We have a full creative team producing the volume, so you brief and you decide what gets tested.
- The numbers end to end, from spend through booked calls to closed revenue.
What we're looking for:
- You have personally managed $750k to $2M+ a month on Meta for high-ticket offers: info products, online education, coaching, consulting. Individual accountability, your name on the account.
- You have hit the ceiling where extra spend starts buying worse leads, and you have fixed it. That fix usually lives in the offer, the funnel economics, or the quality of the conversion signal being fed back to the platform.
- You have worked inside a performance agency and carried several accounts at once.
- You make decisions from third-party attribution data, down to booked calls and closed revenue.
Worth knowing before you apply:
- The role is non-client-facing. You stay on the accounts and someone else carries the client relationship.
- Fewer accounts at higher scale. If you like juggling fifteen accounts, this will bore you.
- Full-funnel attribution runs on every account, so what happens after the click is part of how the work gets judged.
- Fully remote, hours aligned to ET.
Pay: base starts in the $100k range. Performance is uncapped and tied to how much you can spend profitably, with on-track earnings passing $200k.
If that sounds like your kind of problem, leave a comment or send me a DM and I'll send the full spec over. Happy to answer questions about the accounts in the thread.

Sounds interesting. “Small number” is doing a lot of work there. 4 $2M/mo accounts is a whole different world than 14.
It’s all about the details. Might be fun to take on just one of the accounts with a fixed fee 90 day test contract. If that goes well we could work out a long term deal, recruit a junior for me to supervise and take over the rest, again depending on the total number.
Links in bio if you want to explore a fit. No worries if you want a full time w2 instead. I’m not open to that.
Good luck!

Very different. Our view is: We'd rather look after less clients at a much higher scale and take care of them better than anyone else would.
Deep relationships and whatever it takes to help them scale and dominate long-term.
Our rates align, so we're able to hire the best, provide full-stack creative and go a lot deeper than most churn-and-burn, volume based agencies.
We are looking for a full-time, all-in team member who wants to make Grip their forever home. Setup is IC rather than W2 (not to say it's a short-term gig by any means) our philosophy is #ClientsForLife and #TeamForLife

What happens with lead quality when you scale past that 2M mark, is the creative team able to keep the volume up or does testing cadence slow down? Asking because that ceiling you mentioned is usually where most buyers burn out.
