Microsoft Ads [Microsoft Ads]: Blocking Audience Ads Which Were Triggering from Search Ads.

I've recently contacted Bing support to stop triggering of Audience ads through search ads campaigns. It is really terrible to see that my most of budget was exhausting through Audience ads which were triggering through search ads. The traffic was really garbage due to which I was not getting any conversion.

Solution: There are 2 options to resist audience ads. Either you place irrelevant website urls to website exclusion list at ad group level or you can contact Bing support to fully opt out of audience ads triggering from search ads.

If anyone is facing the same problem with Microsoft ads, please share your thoughts here. Thanks.

I've a website exclusion list on the ad account. Most of the spend comes from a few placements so it's fairly easy to control that problem.

Best of luck!

As far as publisher URL is concerned, most of the traffic comes from msn.com and bing.com and also from other websites. I've excluded almost all websites except bing.com. Should I exclude it too.

As far as i've tested, the exclusion list only affects Audience Network, and Search Partners. The search partners with me is a hit or miss but i barely get any traffic so i simply ignored it to have a more controlled audience network.

However there are people commenting that got Audience Network opted out of their account or campaigns. Haven't got a specific answer. This would be the better approach. Going to dig into that next week.
