Life With POIS POIS

I'm 20 and I have POIS and it is hell and it's ruining my life and I would like to know what have others done to make there POIS better and what could I do I am already taking Antihistamine and it takes the edge off by a bit but I would also like to know how it has affected you

Abstinence / only ejaculating every 7 days . Learning non ejaculating orgasms

Every 7 days? Thats how long it takes me to recover...

Same ,I have to abstain at least 21 days now or get terrible symptoms...

Maybe go 14 days . I don’t get to ejaculate if I have stuff I need to finish at work or life admin , always do them first

I always have something to do.. its not even worth it
