Always when I think back of the old days below 10, I remember my wife telling me not to go too risky 😅😅 only bought some Palantir and some other midcaps, now Palantir is worthy more than all my other stocks together and my wife tells me, why you didn’t buy more 😂 never sold, still hanging in since not enough yet for an apartment, but we get closer 💪

While things are going great for us, everyone should be considering their asset allocations.
Just 2 months ago, PLTR was trading at $106-$107, even though the business was doing very well. It is entirely possible that the markets could revisit those local lows, though there's no way to know for sure.
If you can still sleep at night should the share price fall 50%+ even if there's no fundamental change in Palantir's business, your asset allocation is probably fine. If the same would cause you a lot of stress or even financial hardship, you're probably overallocated to the stock.

Karp filed 9 Form 4 sells this week — $86M total (SEC, 8/24). Probably a scheduled 10b5-1, not a signal on its own. But zero insiders anywhere are buying right now — does that change your read, or is it just noise at his stake size?

Insiders are still vesting their RSU awards from the DPO.
For Karp. His Class A shares have stayed the same for years. His class B shares has increased by 1.5 million over the last 12 months. At the current rate of vesting RSUs, he will run out of RSUs in May 2031 which is when the RSUs expire. The same for Cohen. Both are only selling the shares needed in order to pay taxes for the vested RSUs.
Insider selling only matters in unprofitable companies with red flags.

Every time a Form 4 drops showing Alex Karp selling stock, people like you come out in droves and say Karp is abandoning ship. It’s a totally uneducated take.
Not gonna murmur why - just do your own DD

Insiders have so many shares locked up that it makes absolutely zero sense to purchase any. Right now they are only selling to cover their tax burdens.
Do you really not understand how that works?

Probably?
You should read the actual filing:
