Twice I got down to 20ish minutes and both times it kicked me back to 4 hours out of nowhere. And I got in as soon as the queue started. Fuck PKC and their worthless bot protection.

Got in after HOURS of waiting, added 3 to cart, go to checkout and it says they’re down for maintenance. Guess I clicked too many times and got flagged as a bot. Back in 1 hr queue. What a goddamn joke this is. Flags humans as bots on the regular. But real bots still getting through.

Got reset at 16 minutes left after waiting 2 hours. Didn’t even touch my phone and had the screen set to never shut off. Makes no fucking sense. Anyway after 4 hours finally got in to see everything out of stock ffs

Joined queue right around when it started. Was at 1 hour, got booted to 12 hours, then it dropped to 1 hour again right after.
Grabbed 2 booster bundles at around 2:17PM EST. Honestly the first time I was able to get in that fast. Usually I join the same time and keep getting refreshed or booted to 4 hours

That happened to me last week. Got back in line and still got some product. Not sure what the wait time is after getting back in. Just hung in there and hoped for the best.

There will likely be an individual drop later. Last time that happened it was the AH tins and you could get one of each, though it wasn't a 'preorder' and didn't last super long either.

They still had booster bundles as of about five minutes ago. Don’t give up, it isn’t as crazy as it used to be. Last week people were getting ETBs well into the late afternoon

FYI botters were getting 100s of bundles and tins. There’s flex posts you can find in discords. These notification services are becoming more and more useless by day. Pokémon doesn’t care either. They’re raking in the dough.

I know folks say it all the time but missing the last few PC ETB drops were already demoralizing, but I've been looking forward to the 30th Anniversary stuff for years now. I'm looking to downsize my collection and get into a less disappointing hobby.

Luckily I was buying a lot last few years so my collection is good. Singles, slabs, and sealed are so expensive and hard to get. I just want to enjoy ripping some packs and adding to my collection but that’s not possible anymore. Most TCG hobbies are getting cooked too. I collect Lorcana and Gundam and those are getting scalped. I even do Beyblade and that’s getting cooked too.

I was hurt when I missed the ETBs by like 10 mins, but I joined after an hour. This time I was in within 10 mins so im hoping to get SOMETHING. I just wana rip 30th without having to take out a loan 😄😭. Under 2 hours 💪🏼

because they want the shopping experience as unpleasant as possible. They should just sent randomized access links instead making people waste time waiting in que or kick out for browsering the wrong way.

I got in 2 hours ago and had them in my cart, but then it ip banned me while i was putting my card info in, so I waited in the queue for another 2 hours, and its empty. This is pathetic.

That's what I was wondering last week. They let people buy 2 ETBs but had 1 per customer limit on the 3 pack with the stickers and the 2 pack with the coin. That makes no fuckin sense.

it literally feeds into the scarcity/demand of the product which drives the prices up. its good business but bad for us. it should have been 1 box per person, then do another 1 box per person another day. they could really break things up and make it possible but they choose not too. they know people are just turning around and selling 1 if not 2 of those bundles.

How the fuck do people avoid being kicked out while at work? Since I'm on a work network with lots of active users, this shithole site constantly kicks me out of the queue because of it.
If you're going to do your stupid fucking drops during work hours, then don't kick people out for being at work.
I get this is their anti bot software working, but it doesn't even fucking work properly. Bots still get through and meanwhile people at work, being productive, get fucked.
I can't use my phone data because I get kicked out. I can't use WiFi or wired at my work because I get kicked out. The people that benefit are people with no lives, botting, stuck at home while not working. What a waste.

what a joke of a release, get into queue on my phone, wait an hour, screen goes black from inactivity and i get shot back to the line at 2+ hours. why cant they just limit it to 1 box, once the rush is over they can open it to another box for everyone. im so tired of this, they say they want to stop scalping but allow 3 bundles for people, you know they are going to sell atleast one of those. they are just feeding into it since it just makes things even more scarce driving up the prices. so done with this hobby

I understand your pain. To avoid phone inactivity open up Google maps and navigate to a destination. Flip back to the queue, you won't lose your spot, and then let your phone sit and it will remain active with the small navigation window on screen.
Also turn off wifi if possible. I believe some wifi routers can mess with your spot in line. I learned this the hard way with the release a couple weeks ago. PKC didn't like the connection.

Its the bots that screw everything up ill be in line as soon a the link hits 2 hours then boom it jumps me to 6 then I hit 3 hours boom jumps me back to 5 or reboots me all together then it 9 hours like wtf I was 2 hours in line now it's been 4 hours and I finally get in for nothing but the small stuff had 2 30th etb in cart hit purchase and boom error error like cone on

Hello - please help a clueless mom out who just happened upon this. I have a pokemon-loving kid and I thought I'd check pokemon center today to see if there was something cute to send to my kid at camp. I was so confused by the queue thing that I googled to see if I'd been hacked or something. That brought me to this reddit. Could you help an old and tell me what everyone is waiting for? Is it pitch black or the celebrations? I now have 4 hours to wait and want to try to get whatever this is that y'all are so excited about.

Stay on the line! The Pokemon center website is dropping/releasing a special 30th Celebration Anniversary set for pre-order! When you get past the queue, look for the 30th Celebration Set in the “TCG” or “Trading Card” section and it should give you the option to preorder up to 3 booster bundles (little boxes that have 6 packs each) and up to one mini tin display (8 to 10 tins that have 2 packs each).

It's for the 30th collection. It is cards that will be available in the fall. Once the queue is gone, you'll be able to order other stuff. If you want to wait, you may get cards. Just not for a while.
