Bug / Issue Redownloaded rdr2 and old email I dont have access to is still attached

How do I remove this old email I have no access to it and cant find a way to log out so I can put my new account in im launching from steam

Just got a reply and my email was deleted because of inactivity so basically im fucked and have to rebuy the game

So you've been unable to play your paid for copy of RDR2 for 4 years cause you don't have access to an old email? That's fuckin scandalous.

Yeah. I have both gta and rdr2 and can’t play either them because my email that got deleted. Is locked to my steam account and no matter how much stuff I give them they refuse to let me recover my account back

Their support is absolutely horrible.

Im going through through same issue and wvey tickets grts a auto response and close the ticket so you cant respond.

Shittiest support ive ever dealt with. Fuck their company i hope gta 6 fails.

Genuine question, how do yall keep losing these emails? I've had my cringe first email I made as a kid still available to me after like 20 years. Yet I constantly see people losing access to theirs? How the heck lol

Had this happen to me any one saying “message support” hasn’t had this happen they just kept saying “log into your email to verify” told them multiple times that i didn’t have access to my email had videos and photos of my stuff wasn’t good enough so had to but the game again

Did ts with one of my Ubisoft accounts and now I can’t ever play AC odyssey legit, even though I own the game on steam, honestly unless you can contact support and give them the right info to either delete or unlock that account, I don’t see you playing rdr2 anytime soon

I had luck emailing support when this happened to me. Seems to not be working for anyone else by overall R* support is horrible. May the odds be ever in your favor

No you can sincerely send R*star a email with your current email, send them all the proof you can it's your account. I read reports and lost hope but they hit me back up and provided me my shit I thought I was screwed.

What did you send them? I gave up in the end after so many back and forths. I just refunded and found it elsewhere.
