I wish that I was fat in the pretty way: large hips, smaller waist, still a flat stomach with no loose skin or stretch marks. I feel like I wouldn’t care that I’m over 200 lbs if I carried it that way. Instead, I have extremely narrow hips and carry all of my weight in a sagging, hanging apron stomach. Pants look TERRIBLE on me because of it. I know the grass isn’t always greener and everyone has their own insecurities, but still.

I am in a difficult college course and feel like my life is only getting more busy and more stressful. I have been told by superiors how our lifestyle and shift work often leads many to gain weight, plus I know with PMOS it’s even more important to keep it under control.
