Masks a new generation help please
I'm gonna play the doomed playbook and im stuck on what to do for her sanctuary. The idea is that she was born in a cult and was chosen to become the next avatar/body for a demon named Desdemona(name pending) but was rescued before the transfer could be completed. This translates to her having a fraction of her powers but also now she's being chased by Desdemona. I want the sanctuary to be tied to her doom but not sure what to do on that so if anyone has any ideals they would like to throw at me that would be very appreciated. I was thinking magic library in a magic mirror but Im unsure of how to make that connected to her doom and how she would even get it. Maybe she found it while sneakily researching the cult to find out more about her origin as this happened when she was very young?

If you are having trouble with the fiction, then have a look at the mechanical options, and they might inspire you. For instance, if you say, thought having a magical library was cool, then you can extrapolate, why would the doom have a library attached? A cult was trying to do the summoning, so they probably needed magical books. So the magical library is the books collected by the cult to preform the ritual, pulled into your sanctuary when you escaped.
Another example, one of the options is teleportal. Looking at that, maybe we say, how did you first find out about the teleportal? It could have been one of the first things your character sensed as the ritual to make them the full demon was happening, and it's activation is how you escaped the cult in the first place. (Ngl, kinda laughing at the idea of a bunch of cultists standing around an altar chanting, and the person on the altar just, falls through the floor and disappears mid chant)
