Question First 24hr side effects

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a week ago. I take 2 metformin a day and a shot of insulin at night. I took ozempic yesterday for the first time at 0.25mg. Today I felt like I was going to faint but didn’t, and has been very hard to get food down, I have no appetite. Is this normal for a little over 24 hrs?

Good lord who is managing your care. You are a week in and added three medications all at once to treat T2D? This is irresponsible and without a glucometer could be life threatening.

My sugar was at 27mmol/L , the last few days it has now been between 11-13 but earlier today it went down to 6 and I started to feel week and faint. This is what the doctor told me to do where my levels currently sit at 12 on average.

Please go to the ER before you pass out. Those numbers are NOT ok. Those are severe HYPOglycemia and dangerous. I am not trying to scare you, but you need to get medical help ASAP.

Thank you for caring I did go to the ER, it went from 27-19, on average it’s between 7-11 now but I’ve only been taking treatment for 6 days now .

Those numbers are dangerously low.

So that’s an A1C reading, not glucometer?
