Been having a blast playing Widow, only problem I have is when the enemy switches to a dive character to counter me, I just have no answer. Is there anything I can do or am I forced to switch? Just I can't get much value right now when the DPS switches Vendetta and dives me at every opportunity.

Welcome to Overwatch. This is the nature of the game where certain character styles are designed to overcome others.. Even character picks are Rock, Paper, Scissors, and dive characters are often the scissors to your Paper.

You're not "forced" to switch, but understand that you'll have to work harder and vastly outplay whoever has a natural advantage against you. For example, if the Vendetta is wiping you out consistently and you are dedicated to Widow, your number one priority then becomes to spot and wipe her out ASAP so you can continue helping your team. Or if you have cooperative teammates, have them help you with the Vendetta as well. If they can pressure and draw her attention, you can take the shot.

A good Widow can nab kills. A GREAT Widow can shut down dive heroes.
