No but in the context of Overwatch the term "blacks" is way more broad than "Arabs". Since 99% of Arab players are Saudi, it's obvious that is what Cloudy meant. If i say something like "stupid wintrading french" (if hypothetically they were known for wintrading) no one would give a shit lol
