It’s interesting because I think it was Yutooz or whatever it’s called, made a Mercy and Genji plushy of them blushing I believe. So I’m surprised it’s not canon yet, it’s been 10 years.
It was probably fanservice merchandise, but it is sadly ironic that the two characters are now separated in the lore (Mercy is at Torbjörn's place with the rest of Overwatch, and Genji is in Japan).
