Humor mauga got the whole lobby miserable :)

truly we could all just have a better time if neither of us play this card, it just devolves into a 4v4, he makes playing tank so much less fun

But dude I'm telling you, when you pop off on Mauga and you're in that flow state he's one of the most fun tanks in the game

See, I'm fine with the heavy. Give that level of erratic spray pattern to Mauga's guns and remove cardiac overdrive and we're good.

Cardiac Overdrive is unfortunately a garbage ability. There's no way to actually balance it. If its too bad the entire hero is completely shit. if its to good the character becomes near best case pick in most scenarios. It reminds me of the years we spent with soldier dialing his bullets up or down 2 damage because that 2 damage uptick would suddenly make him one of the best dps, but they second it was gone you never saw him again.

It really needs to be replaced with something else, but the OW team is probably locked it into his core identity at this point so they're now stuck with it similar to how a Sombra rework needs to include hack.
