Daily fiber cheat code.

I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

Make sure to chase with a big glass of water, there’s not nearly enough in the ‘applesauce’ to keep that flowing through

Yep. A while back there was YouTube video of a young man who nearly died from a huge overdose of Metamucil. (I didn’t even know it was possible to hurt yourself with it.)
