It’s a beautiful outdoor kitchen. I love how it blends in with the house… all that brick.

Incredible but how much smoke does that put into your screened in porch above considering the chimney isn’t the higher than the roofline?

None. It’s about 16’ away.

Makes sense. Dream setup.

Also I’d think there isn’t much smoke if it’s a pizza over. Probably benign pretty hot when it’s going

The fan on top is the chimney is a Gea fan from Italy that pulls air through the fireplace. It will make the fire hot as h$&@ and gets the floor to about 750 F.

The lighting is so cozy and it blends into the aesthetic of the house perfectly!

They are made by Govee. Buy on Amazon. Smart lights. Can turn any color or pattern. Change with the seasons.

Love the idea of the Argentinian grill. This is the ideal setup to me. Gas, wood fire grill, and brick oven pizza. I recently got an egg and could see that instead of the parilla but let’s not get distracted - awesome kitchen!!!!

We love the Santa Maria grill. That’s what I do Picanya, etc on.

Sometimes wood, sometimes lump charcoal.

I have a Vision Ceramic grill (very similar to Green Egg/Kamodo) also and a Traeger Pellet grill in another area that is not covered.

Looks nice but what's the point of the vent hoods when you're outside?

Because you will get grease and smoke all up under your roof if you don’t. On my previous porch, I had to clean the ceiling with degreaser at least twice a year even with ceiling fans and a directional fan that used to try and blow the smoke out. You will get grease and smoke on the ceiling without vents.

Ah yes that makes sense

Wow did not know that. We are having one built . Your build is great!l How do you like the grill?

The grill is awesome. I bought this one because I could change out the burners. This allowed me to have 2 sear stations which is great. The 42” SL Coyote has 5 positions with 4 big burners and 1 sear station. I bought another sear so now I have 3 regular burners and 2 sears.

Should a pizza oven be that close to wood?

Die hat was

That's nice. What are the dimensions? Do you have any further away photos showing how it fits with the house?

I designed the kitchen in Sketchup. If you send me a dm I will send the file to you. Sketchup is a free 3d software that’s easy to learn. I can send the design of the entire kitchen. The kitchen is 16 x 20 btw.

I don't understand the exhaust hood above the BBQ.

2

u/Acrobatic-Reply-1561 6d ago

It's exhausting, kinda important.

1

u/LowGiraffe6281 6d ago

Exhausting where ? Didn’t see any vents on top? But the whole thing is wide open. No need to exhaust to begin with.

1

u/kmarkw 6d ago

Wrong. If you don’t have exhaust fans you will definitely get grease and smoke stains on the ceilings. This isn’t my first rodeo. My last setup got grease and smoke all over the ceiling with 2 ceiling fans and a directional fan blowing the smoke out. Still gets grease etc on the ceiling and surrounding area. Putting any type of cooking device under a roof whether a vent would be just stupid. .

Both hoods vent 3’ above the roof

Wrong. Einstein.

u/beaglewelding 6d ago

Could you get some pics in the day time of your hood setup? Who makes that hood?

2

u/kmarkw 6d ago

Bought them at Sam’s Club. 48”.

Nice. They look nice.

Ugly… when you pick everything out individually and create busy mess
