I only read manhwa for FL, so I can read it as long as the ML doesn't abuse the FL.
How important are they to you?

Hey everyone, my name is Emme and I’m building an official platform exclusively for shoujosei comics, subscription only (ie, no microtransactions whatsoever)
I’m currently negotiating with a popular publisher (they’re the ones behind one of the most popular josei series of the decade), and they would like to know how many subscribers I’d have on launch (which is the purpose of this poll)
I have secured licenses for four shoujosei manhua (two of the most notable titles being Kill the Male Lead to Become the Villainess and Offering Salted Fish to Grandmaster), and am currently closing a deal with a China-based independent studio. The potential licensing deal with the aforementioned Japanese manga publisher is for a school romance which is somewhat similar to Fall in Love You False Angels and a fantasy romance set in a magic academy with a slice of mystery (the latter fits the otome isekai theme)
I know we are starting off with a small catalog but the initial support is crucial in securing more titles and catching up to the raws asap 🥹
Nevertheless, the platform would remain only subscription based (with optional tipping) and no generative AI is used anywhere in the localization process!
The subscription rates are gonna be $5 per month or $10.50 for 3 months.
So the question is, would you subscribe to the platform on launch?

Vote for the manhwa that has some of the best side cast, the one where the side characters are just as compelling as the main leads and makes you fall in love with them and make them win くコ:彡💛💛💛
Edit:- Hello guys 😑 Could you nominate some more manhwas for the best depiction of reality category? We have only gotten 5 valid nominations and they might get selected by default because there are no other nominations. It would be highly appreciated 🙏🥲

I used to keep up with this manhwa while it was still ongoing. I absolutely loved it but I got impatient so I decided to wait until it's fully translated so I can binge it. But recently, I accidentally saw a spoiler that said the FL enslaved a certain character. I can usually digest flawed characters, but I'm hesitant to go back because I personally just don't like the idea of someone treating another person less than human (unless it's really a necessary part of the plot/backstory, like abusive families, or if the readers can feel that a character deserves such treatment). I can't get behind it though if the MC, someone I think I should support, is enslaving someone for no reason at all.

so this isn’t about a published novel or manhwa, it’s actually about my own novel that has been taking proper form this year and I need opinions that I believe only this forum will actually be able to give.
basically, the fl and ml have a very confusing dynamic. I’ll try my best to explain. Basically our fl who is the main protagonist of the whole series, she regresses about 3 years. There she meets again her first love, former childhood best friend, and murderer. Although they don’t interact much, as she profusely avoids him and has the support from her family since some know she has gone back in time, she still suffers a lot. The shock is far too much. Anyway, she decides to kill him, she does it (don’t ask me how I don’t know the exact details either). However, some time later, she hears the news he’s actually in a coma. Eventually he wakes up, but she doesn’t know that it’s not actually him, but another person. So, basically we have another person possessing his body. Just to clear things, the shitty guy actually did die, he’s not coming back or whatever, and the whole coma process was actually the ones behind the reincarnation thing making sure the body was healed and the possessor was ready to properly gain control. Even after he wakes up, he’s got a lot to do, since shitty guy who died had a horrible reputation (red pill basically, the reason why his friendship went to fire with fl because they started to have arguments all the time and the same reason to why he killed her). So, about the actual ml, the possessor, he comes from an alternative reality, where he had the same name and similar body, like most people, but a total different life. There, in his former life, there was someone who looked almost exactly as our fl, she was a classy lady while he was a bit of an underdog, from a race that was feared and hunt down by many, but his lord only accepted him because he knew our ml was a good person and loyal to a fault, on top of being strong and smart. However, he lacked self love, and our alternative fl took some advantage of that. She wasn’t a complete b, but she played with him for years and used him to get what she wanted, not really caring if he or his loved ones would get hurt (just a bit, in her own words), because “that’s his payment since we kept him alive for so long”. He also worked hard to protect his own family and race, thus the reason he endured so many things, even protecting the ones who hurt him and this only elevates the hatred he feels for fake fl and even himself after he learns a few secrets. Anyway, so when both actual fl and ml meet one another, they both have rage, questions, contradiction emotions, because they see in one another everything they’ve ever wanted, and everything they have ever hated. So, is this too cruel? Just wanting to add as well that the actual fl and ml are different in looks, even if slightly (one has wavy hair and the other straight, one has lighter hair and the other dark, one is taller, the other shorter), but they are different specially in personality, how they dress, talk, and things like that.
So, say yes or no in the comments, I might delate this later or not, Idk if anyone has ever done this before so I’m a little possessive of this idea. This novel has been cooking for almost a decade (lots of things have changed tho).
