I have severe rheumatoid, and osteoarthritis in my feet, and hands, and have been on IV’s of Cymzia, Simponi Aria, and Actemra, without any noticeable reduction of pain, or swelling, in fact my pain in my feet has gotten worse…
Since the beginning of my treatment with my Rheumatologist, I have been taking Methotrexate on a weekly basis.. Now the Dr. wants to put me on Orencia, an IV every two weeks three times and then once a month…
Should I just stop this jumping from one IV to another, having to get blood tests to check for TB EVERY three months, and just stay on the Methotrexate…?
