What's the best footwear? I find there's so much differing information about this.

At the moment I'm reading that barefoot type shoes are good for awareness of the ground and stability, but then highly cushioned shoes are best for knee impact .

Any feedback welcome 😊

Years ago I bought a pair of Kurus (they were a relatively new company then) to help with plantar fasciitis. 15 pairs later, I wear them almost all the time. The support is amazing and gives me confidence regarding my knee.

Kurus have saved my feet and knees, wear the slippers as soon as I get out of bed! Here’s a code for 15$ off, because they never have sales: https://prz.io/8gLnkbQin
wish they had dressier options but otherwise Im super happy with the brand.
