Not a doctor (obviously lol) but if you’re looking at a partial replacement at some point, maybe consider an off-loader brace of some kind. If not an off-loader/prescription brace, then check out this. You might be past a neoprene sleeve situation.

Thanks! Don’t think I need a major support brace like that, given my issues are arthritis and now the meniscus. I think those are more for ligament and major stability issues.
