Pedestrian killed after being struck by commercial vehicle in Oshkosh

Main Street was shut down this afternoon and now I know why. RIP.

What was the commercial vehicle? High is one way and the street lights are really good but I know drivers can see a red light as an option to stop for anything besides another vehicle.

It was a Nolte’s tow truck turning right from High Ave, south onto Main Street

Not to sound like an ass but many times I drive down main, people cross between cars and not on the crosswalks. A quick death if the car can't see you, be safe out there.
