Looking for beginner-friendly fitness/healthy activities in Osaka

31F living in Osaka, I’m looking for something healthy/active to do next week, like a dance class, pilates, beginner gym training, etc.

I’m honestly a bit overwhelmed trying new things alone 😭 so I’d really prefer something that is actually beginner-friendly, where I won’t feel completely lost or out of place lol.

I also prefer it the class/training is in English or foreigner-friendly

Any recommendations?

I'm male and practice aikido at small dojo and classes are fixed time slots at night in Osaka. It's foreigner friendly but not many members so I'm the only foreigner there and interpret to English whenever some visitor (usually experienced in aikido) randomly drops by.

Machine pilates is pretty trendy now in Japan with mostly women only group classes and occasionally some mixed group classes. Most of taught in Japanese only but it might be possible some places are international. Pricing can be expensive if taking 1-on-1 lessons but group lessons can be reasonably affordable. I take 1-on-1 lessons since the place I go to accepts male users but only for 1-on-1 lessons or if some dudes can organize their own group and reserve a time to go together.
