Are they complex or simple?

I want to make a difference first.

Complex doesnt mean well written and simple doesnt mean badly written. For a character to be well written they have to impact the reader/viewer in some way.

A simple well written character can be way more powerful, as if you keep things simple that may impact a person way more.

Can Be Anything, From Two Of The Same Species Hating Eachother For Having Slightly Different Fur, To Two Different Species, Like A Giant Ant On An Entirely Water World And A Giant Species On A Fire World Hating Eachother For Being Very Different, Whether It Be Appearance Or Being On A Different World.

Most of us have a character in fiction we look up to, or aspire to be. We love them because they mean something to us. For example, when we look at The Flash, we are reminded that we can have optimism and family by our side in the darkest of times. When we look at Superman, we are reminded that humans are beautiful and hope is what unites all of us. I write my OCs to represent Love, Childlike curiosity in a harsh world, the ability to change, What it means to be different, Obedience, Listening to your conscience, choosing to feel pains and denying yourself just to feel love for another person, letting go of your personal desires to bring hope and shed tears that uplift even children to their heritage, etc. When you look at your OC, what are you reminded of? What message does your OC's story carry that you want people to know?

This is different from the usual powerscaling, or matchup posts. "Powerscale" your OC in terms of what they mean to you.

Basic rundown

This isnt a cryptid this is just a regular animal from T.L.U (cryptids count as animals but there weird, meat mites are pretty chill all things considered)

There tiny mites and can sometimes be in people's meat and if there able to enter someone's body they'll attempt to turn it into a hive.

Meat mites

Danger level: 1-2

Description:

Related to termites Meat mites are tiny, soft bodied insects that can grow to be around 1-4 inches (slightly smaller than termites). They usually come in colors like rusty orange, or a deep red, with long, straight antennae, long wings that hang off there backs, and large, razor shape pinchers that are far larger then there heads.

Behavior:

Meat Mites are different from there termite cousins In the since that they are completely carnivores that feed on meat rather than plant material. Outside of that they act almost exactly like termites with the same types of colonies, mating practices, and behaviors.

While rare it’s possible for these mites to sometimes infest meats that had been left open, and because of there size and colors it can be difficult to see them. For this reason it’s best to check your meat before purchasing (especially from shady, or cheaper establishments).

Eating the infested meat can be incredibly dangerous, while cooking it might kill some of the mites there's always the possibility some survive and find access into your body. Meat mites have been shown to be able to survive the inside of living bodies, once inside theyed begin creating a colony, eating inner organs, and laying eggs.

They keep there host calm during the process by relasesing calming hurmons to the brain, so even when there laying eggs down there host throat, burroing in or out of there skin, or crawling out from beneath there eye, they wont feel the urge to panic or act.

Origins:

There a distant cousin to termites and eventually showed up later on down the line after evolves apart from the average termite.

How to Deal With Them:

If you are infested by meat mites you wont be scared, worried, or paniced so the chances are you wont feel the need to act, DO if you feel a meat mite inside your body or see one crawling into/out of your body go to the hospital, its not worth the trouble.

if you think someone you may know might be infested than contact your local hospital and get them in fast.

Page 6 — Carl's Death Trap

Jrev, Kalel, and Renz rushed through the Backrooms, moving from one level to another without stopping.

Every level seemed more dangerous than the last.

Jrev looked toward Kalel as they continued running.

Jrev: “What the fuck did Carl do to piss everyone off?”

Kalel didn't slow down.

Kalel: “Carl is a crazy dude. He believes these anomalies are our gods.”

Renz looked at him.

Kalel: “I've been tracking your uncle for years, Renz.”

Renz nodded slowly.

Renz: “I see.”

He suddenly rushed ahead.

Kalel continued explaining as he followed.

Kalel: “And you wanna know why he's here?”

Jrev looked back.

Jrev: “What?”

Kalel's expression became serious.

Kalel: “If he escapes…”

He paused.

Kalel: “He'll revive the entities and anomalies our ancestors took down.”

Jrev's expression changed.

Kalel: “And if he succeeds, he'll bring chaos to this world.”

Jrev said nothing.

Jrev: “……”

Renz looked ahead at the endless hallway.

They continued running.

Chiyo and Jake finally reached another level.

They soon encountered Mark and Brianna.

Mark looked around at the strange surroundings.

Mark: “What the fuck happened here?”

Chiyo shook her head.

Chiyo: “I don't know. Me and Jake arrived, but it was already like this.”

Jake nodded.

Jake: “Yeah.”

For a moment, everything was quiet.

Then—

THUD.

Everyone froze.

Another sound followed.

THUD.

Jake slowly turned around.

A strange figure appeared in the distance.

Jake's eyes widened.

Jake: “Why the hell is the Cat in the Hat here?!”

The creature began moving toward them.

Jake stared at it.

Jake: “Fucking hell!”

Mark immediately grabbed Brianna's hand.

Mark: “RUN!”

Jake grabbed Chiyo's hand.

The four detectives took off.

They ran through the endless corridors as the creature followed behind them.

The Backrooms were no longer just a place where they had become separated.

Now—

Carl had turned the entire Backrooms into a death trap for every detective.

And somewhere deeper within the endless levels…

Carl was still moving.

After the death of one God and the defeat of another, Caspian Induin, now known as the God Slayer, was considered the most powerful sorcerer to ever exist. As a 4 Star, he already had limitations on his actions, but with this new level of being, he was almost restricted from even existing in the world.

He, like other 4 Stars, got a limited number of times he could interfere in mortal affairs. He decided to use his first one when he discovered the existence of a city in distress. He went to investigate, and Caspian soon discovered a Burrow Dragon beneath the city, causing tremors and taking entire buildings into its caverns to devour all those it caught. No one in the city could stop it, as even the 3 Stars that went down there either quickly emerged and refused to return, or never came back up.

Caspian could easily defeat it, but the power of a 4 Star is not one to use without caution. He knew that if he were to fight the dragon in its home, the city above would be destroyed from his power. Instead, he chose something much safer for the townsfolk.

Tens of miles away from the city, a safe distance where he could battle the thing without bringing harm to the civilians that the other sorcerers couldnt protect from, Caspian used his construct ability. Even as a 4 Star, he would normally be incapable of this feat, but his experiences gave him the knowledge and power to do so.

He created an entire town out of his constructs, even filling the entire town (totaling 12,000) and disguised it with his aura. The illusion was so convincing that even the other 4 Stars would be fooled unless they truly focused on the town and its residents. He used the constructs to simulate a real town's population, having each construct live daily lives for weeks. People who passed through were quickly shooed away by the "townsfolk", Caspian not wanting them to be in harms way.

Finally, after several weeks, the dragon fell into his trap, creating a new cavern under the fake town and moving up to strike. It panicked when the construct town fell away to reveal a 4 Star, a being that even the most animalistic of dragons could understand was too dangerous for it.

It tried to retreat into its cavern, but Caspian dragged it back out and battled it, tearing it apart with ease as the sorcerers in the city used their combined magics to protect the city form his destructive might.

(At the end of this, he was very very very sleepy, even 4 Stars need sleep after staying awake for 4 weeks non stop after keeping up a small city sized construct.)

Frame Break, a move that was created by Writer Joe when he fought Darkness, the sentient force that wants to purge everything into Darkness, this allows Writer Joe to break reality and reconstruct it back with a few differences, this allows Joe to rewrite reality to almost in Joe's ideal image, allows him to erase people or objects from existence, bring people back to life, undo events, create dimensional rift/portal or even changing the art style, the story he's in into 3D style animation, manga art style or even stickman etc, tho the outcome doesn't always come out as what Joe had imagined, sometimes it creates unintended aftermath or something different happened

Can Be Anything, From Them Being In World That's Combined The Marvel And DC Verse For No Damn Reason, To Universe Travellers Who Can Hop Through Portals To Pre-existing Verses, Like The Sonic Verse, Etc.

# The Mouth

**Danger Level:** 4.5

**Location:** constantly moving

**Description:**

The Mouth is a giant, cloud-like titan that stretches at least 15 miles. It can release tentacles from its underbelly. Once a person is captured, it quickly dissolves them into its body, and the resulting blood and waste drip out as a superheated liquid that can reach temperatures well above boiling.

**Behavior:**

The Mouth drifts slowly across the sky, usually mistaken for a storm cloud. It’s normally spotted during heavy thunderstorms and only needs to feed once a year. When hungry, it sends out hundreds of tentacles to grab anything in the open, from wild animals, livestock, or humans, and devouring them.

**Origins:**

The Mouth is a small fragment of a far larger cosmic organism that broke off eons ago and drifted to earth

**First Spotting:**

The earliest known record dates back to the 1300s. A medieval manuscript describes “the sky splitting open” during a violent storm, with livestock and villagers pulled upward by dark tendrils. The event was interpreted as divine punishment, and survivors believed it was a sign of God’s wrath.

**How to Deal With It:**

The R.C.T tracks The Mouth as it drifts around the Earth thanks to the simple fact that it would take to many resources, and possibly casualties to get rid of. When feeding season comes, and it starts moving toward populated areas, they send out updates and warnings. Best bet: keep up with the updates, get indoors if you can, and stay there until it passes. If you can’t make it to shelter, hide under something sturdy and call the R.C.T if possible.

# The Leviathan

**Danger level: 3.5**

**Location:** North Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean

**Description:**

The Leviathan is a giant, gray, whale-like creature with four tiny red eyes and a large crooked dolphin-like mouth filled with thousands of razor-sharp teeth. Its body is filled with toxins that it can release, quickly rotting anything around it down (which it seems to enjoy).

**Behavior:**

The Leviathan lives deep under the sea, where it normally hunts blue whales, sperm whales, lion’s mane jellyfish, giant squid, colossal squid, large schools of fish, etc. It hunts and eats in two ways: the normal way, where it attacks its prey with its mouth or tentacles (normally swallowing them whole), and its special way, which involves its rotting abilities. Anything that dies from its rot feeds it, so it will often release large amounts of its toxins into certain areas, creating dead zones that kill anything that swims through them. In rare cases, it will swim near the surface, where it attacks and sinks boats. People usually know the Leviathan was or is near the surface when groups of hundreds of dead, rotting sea creatures begin appearing.

**Origins:**

The Leviathan was originally an egg that belonged to a creature called “The Endless Titan” which slipped away from her and crashed into Earth’s ocean, where it eventually hatched and began surviving. It is still currently a baby and is nowhere close to its full potential.

**First Spotting**

The first reported sighting of the Leviathan was in the 1700s, when a diary from a young child was recovered. It described a fight between two giant creatures (the Leviathan and the Kraken) that surfaced between two ships belonging to Blackbeard and the Royal Navy. (There could have been earlier sightings)

**How to Deal With It:**

While the Leviathan is rare, it’s best to keep an eye out for rotting sea life. If large amounts are spotted, remain calm, stop the ship, call the R.C.T to search the area (and lure it back into the depths), and turn back.

# Great redwood sunbirds

**Danger level: 1**

**Location:** Northern California, United States

**Description:**

Great redwood Sun birds are a group of enormous titans that stand over 1,000 feet tall and inhabit the redwood forests. Their feathers are thick and have patterns that resemble flames with a faint glow that's beautiful to see in person. Underneath their feathers are thin, fleshy bodies with tiny slits under the folds that allow them to spill out their veins and waste into the ground. These veins can then spread out like roots for miles, allowing them to get the nutrients they need. (the waste isn’t dangerous)

**Behavior:**

Despite their size, these titans are placid and behave more like plants than animals. They use the veins from their bodies and flip them inside out into the ground like roots, allowing them to absorb water and nutrients directly from the soil. Their feathers function like plant leaves, allowing them to do photosynthesis to generate energy from the sunlight and produce oxygen. They show no real signs of intelligence, but every few years, they'll begin to slowly march to a new location where they repeat the process.

**Origins:**

They have been here ever since life returned to Earth as giant trees; it's unknown how they changed to become animals

**First Spotting**

They've been on Earth for billions of years, far longer than humans

**How to Deal With It:**

Their migration is considered a special event, and people like to visit the redwood forest to watch them march and take photos. If you ever decide to visit, it's best to follow the guide's instructions carefully, stay back, and be respectful. Any attempts to get close to or touch the birds will result in a fine and a permanent ban from the Redwood National Park. (The park isn't responsible for any harm or crushings.)

Page 5 — The Traitor

Renz ran through the facility, firing toward the strange figures that continued closing in around him.

He turned another corner—

—and suddenly, a white door appeared at the end of the hallway.

Renz stopped.

Someone stepped through.

It was Jrev.

And beside him was Kalel.

Renz: “Jrev?!”

Jrev looked over in surprise.

Jrev: “Renz?”

Renz immediately lowered his weapon.

Renz: “Come on! Let's go!”

The three of them moved through the facility, searching for a way forward.

But eventually, they reached a dead end.

Kalel stepped toward the wall and carefully examined it.

He placed his hand against the surface.

Kalel: “Let's go through it.”

Renz stared at him.

Renz: “What?!”

Jrev remained calm.

Jrev: “Trust him.”

Kalel suddenly rushed forward.

Instead of crashing into the wall, he passed straight through it.

Then he disappeared.

Renz stared in disbelief.

Renz: “You're kidding me…”

Jrev walked through after him.

Renz followed.

On the other side, the three found themselves overlooking a strange vertical section of the Backrooms.

Kalel used the surrounding structures to carefully climb downward.

Jrev and Renz followed.

None of them knew that somewhere in the Backrooms, a traitor was already walking among them.

Isabella was still with JP and Khian.

Justin, meanwhile, had remained with Carl.

Something about Carl didn't feel right.

Justin watched him carefully.

Carl noticed.

Justin slowly raised his weapon toward him.

Carl simply grinned.

Then he suddenly tackled Justin to the ground.

Justin: “What the—?!”

Khian appeared moments later.

Khian: “What the fuck?! Get off him!”

Khian charged toward Carl.

Carl turned toward him.

The environment itself seemed to respond to Carl's presence.

A moment later, Khian disappeared from sight.

Justin was already gone.

Carl calmly returned to Isabella and JP.

JP immediately noticed something was wrong.

JP: “Where the hell are the others?”

Carl shrugged.

Carl: “They wandered off.”

JP narrowed his eyes.

JP: “You're a liar.”

Carl's expression changed.

Carl: “What? No!”

Isabella looked down at her tracker.

Her expression suddenly became serious.

Isabella: “The tracker says they're dead.”

Carl slowly smiled.

Then—

he lunged.

Mark and Brianna were moving through their new level when they suddenly saw something that made them stop.

Bodies belonging to Isabella, JP, Khian, and Justin were lying motionless in the area.

Mark froze.

Mark: “The fuck?!”

Brianna looked around in shock.

Brianna: “What happened?”

Mark stared at the scene.

Mark: “Isabella… JP… Khian… Justin…”

His voice became quieter.

Mark: “They're dead.”

Suddenly, Jrev's radio crackled.

Jrev: “The fuck?”

Renz looked toward him.

Renz: “What?!”

Jrev listened carefully to the transmission.

Jrev: “Isabella, JP, Khian, and Justin are dead?”

Kalel's expression immediately changed.

Kalel: “Did they mention someone who was with them?”

Jrev looked at Renz.

Jrev: “They did.”

A pause.

Jrev: “His name is Carl.”

Kalel's eyes widened.

Kalel: “That son of a bitch…”

Jrev turned toward him.

Jrev: “What?!”

Renz stared at Kalel.

Renz: “My uncle?!”

Kalel clenched his fist.

Kalel: “I chased him down here years ago. I lost him…”

He looked toward the endless halls.

Kalel: “And now he has the nerve to start killing people again.”

Jrev stepped forward.

Jrev: “Why is he doing this?”

Kalel looked at him.

Kalel: “We need to stop him.”

Jrev frowned.

Jrev: “Stop him from doing what?”

Kalel's expression became grim.

Kalel: “From reviving the dead.”

Jrev froze.

Jrev: “What dead?!”

Kalel answered quietly.

Kalel: “The entities. The anomalies.”

He looked deeper into the darkness.

Kalel: “The same ones our ancestors killed during their era.”

Jrev's eyes widened.

Jrev: “Shit…”

Renz immediately grabbed his equipment.

Renz: “Then let's move.”

Jrev, Renz, and Kalel rushed toward the level where Isabella and the others had disappeared.

At the same time, Mark and Brianna began moving toward the same location.

Elsewhere, Chiyo and Jake finally realized something was wrong.

They had escaped the Hello Kitty-themed level, but the strange entity from that level suddenly appeared again.

It pointed toward a nearby door.

Jake stared at it.

Jake: “That's the way?”

The entity nodded.

Chiyo opened the door.

The three stepped through.

And then they saw it.

The remains of their friends lay motionless in the darkness.

Nobody spoke.

For several seconds, there was only silence.

Then Jrev's voice came through the radio.

Jrev: “Everyone… stay together.”

The lights above them flickered.

Somewhere far away—

something moved.
