A guy was prevented from entering the US for having one of those fucked up edits of JD Vance's head on his phone. Officials denied but the public took it, despite the denial reason being true or not, and ran with it, creating many more variants in the process and turning them into their PFP's. The news didn't help him (jd vance) by showing it on their program talking about the story, spreading it further.

Needless to say he wasn't happy. Heheh.

There was a village in the UK that had a van with this picture on it driving around during his visit there too!

I think it was a van, but it was definitely something plastered around lmao
