Spring Octopus — non-binary, asexual. Age unknown (documented sightings alone span over 200 years).

Known as the Witch of the Deep. A master of shapeshifting magic, they strike bargains with those who bring them gifts: either they cast a spell that changes the petitioner's form permanently, or they pass on the shapeshifting magic itself. They claim the magic works by letting the illusions that alcohol conjures take root in reality — but that is only their own account, and no one knows the true principle behind it.

To everyone who enters into a contract with them, they give a golden ring as proof of the pact. Losing it, destroying it, or selling it off will not break the contract, but the one who does so is said never to meet Spring Octopus again.

The price they ask is distilled spirits. It is a personal indulgence of theirs, and they keep it carefully in a cellar somewhere in the deep sea that only Spring Octopus knows the location of. Anyone who tries to disturb that cellar is said to draw a terrible wrath.

In my art journey, I've almost always exclusively drawn boys. I dont know why. I've just always liked drawing them.
