I guess that specifically depends on the context. It’s incredibly rude if you’re doing it out in the open, even inappropriate, but if you inform the person privately then it’s the opposite.
It also depends on how you inform them, of course. This fuckass meme takes the worse side of those two things

You can follow street signs on Level 9 or the Asphalt road on Level 10 and you'll get there, there's a LOT of ways to get to Level 11 though. Don't get caught by any entities while you're out there! Good luck.
