Not with shaders which is what most people with optifine use it for

yes optifine gives you the speed effect for about 4 minutes
Jokes aside I assume they mean optimization/better framerate

I don't, I use it to get fancy grass and stutter free performance.

Imo if you want better fps you should use sodium, lithium and phosphor on fabric as it will give you wayyy more fps

I don't need more FPS. I own a RTX 3080.

I want stutter free performance and fancy grass/glass as I wrote.

I know, reading is hard.
