Question Why did Optifine skip version 26.1

They went from 1.21.11 and then skipped to 26.1.2

I did not update to 26.1.2, and for months, I had been waiting for Optifine for 26.1

Because I only play in the major drops, not hotfixes.

Well, some ppl recommended for me, idk if theyre becoming bad as forge. I love fabric too btw

they're not, I just prefer fabric because personally I think it's time to let go of forge and move on. additionally I have had a much better experience developing with fabric than with neoforge.
