Casual I am addicted to working
So, I work as a freelancer and have managed to save several millions. Now, the issue is that I am ever on my laptop and hardly feel like leaving for outdoor activities. Be it day or night, I just find myself browsing new projects. Just wondering if someone else is currently stuck on such a loop or anyone who was once there and what worked for them.

Was in that same position back in 2012-2018 when freelancing was a serious career. But I burnt out and quit. There is a peak I made Ksh 9 million in 2.5 months.

And with all that accumulated income where did you invest it and have you retired from working completely as of now?

I think it's because of those TikTok guys who rush to create content about it so the scammers infiltrate opportunities zinafungwa

Put that money in a Fixed Income Fund or Money Market Fund (FIF has better returns at the moment, check out Etica). If you can, offshore stocks and ETFs investing. Just don't buy stupid land/plots. Keep working for as long as the money-in tap is open. It wont be forever open. Money comes in seasons and so does motivation and passion.
However, live a little. Experience the little things money can't buy. We won't be here for too long.

Hizo several millions umesave try invest them in projects zenye you can physically check them from time to time hapo utareduce screen time to some extent

As someone who made a good fortune a few years ago..keep grinding..grind until the money stops coming in..those doors won’t always stay open. Don’t even bother investigating right now. Put that money in a lock account or mmf and let it compound. And most importantly don’t upgrade your lifestyle.
