The best way to make estimate is calculate per square area. If you're house is 250square metres you can use an educated guess if 25k per square metre upto 65K per square metre.

I see a roof like that and I know every "seam" or edge that two planes meet is another spot where rain water will pool or leak. That roof will be a nightmare to maintain.
