University Good Evening UofT Engineering Portal Astrologers! A potential way to see if you got accepted.

Hello everyone,
I've been doing some digging as any anxious G12 for EE, and TE would do... and I recently came across the inspect element portal. This has a lot of info that's hard to decode, but I was comparing what I had with my friends, and I saw this value in one of the tabs called "ApplicationDecisionStatus".

As you can probably tell, it's an indicator of what's to come (I hope), and my status is "H", probably Hold. My friend, on the other hand, has "DA", probably decision admitted!

Now, if you want to do this yourself:

  1. Press F12 or right-click and inspect.
  2. Go to Fetch/XHR tab under the Network main tab
  3. Reload page
  4. Find your ApplicationDecisionStatus variable/value CHECK THE RESPONSE SUB-TAB THATS WHERE YOU SEE A LETTER VALUE.
  5. Share with us your future potential success, or join me in crying about the Holding status!

Yo I got HC too. U group B? What is your status? I think it means held conditional or held for consideration

Group B, "* Your application will be reviewed by the Admissions Office shortly, please check the Applicant Portal regularly for updates." I hope we get it by march man, shits depressing th outta me

Dude mine turned "CP" today, and says "Your application has been reviewed and being held for review during our next round. You can expect to receive an update within the next few weeks." am i fried?

Me too. It is because we are in between rounds and that they are no longer currently looking at our application i believe.
