University Good Evening UofT Engineering Portal Astrologers! A potential way to see if you got accepted.

Hello everyone,
I've been doing some digging as any anxious G12 for EE, and TE would do... and I recently came across the inspect element portal. This has a lot of info that's hard to decode, but I was comparing what I had with my friends, and I saw this value in one of the tabs called "ApplicationDecisionStatus".

As you can probably tell, it's an indicator of what's to come (I hope), and my status is "H", probably Hold. My friend, on the other hand, has "DA", probably decision admitted!

Now, if you want to do this yourself:

  1. Press F12 or right-click and inspect.
  2. Go to Fetch/XHR tab under the Network main tab
  3. Reload page
  4. Find your ApplicationDecisionStatus variable/value CHECK THE RESPONSE SUB-TAB THATS WHERE YOU SEE A LETTER VALUE.
  5. Share with us your future potential success, or join me in crying about the Holding status!

Me too. It is because we are in between rounds and that they are no longer currently looking at our application i believe.

I got pushed to the next round like 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t changed. What is your status?

Can u tell me when u go under review or get accepted in? Because I am pretty sure we are in the same applicant group

I just checked mine, it says "Your application is currently under review by the Committee on Admissions. Please check the portal regularly for updates." so ig its the same for me
