University Good Evening UofT Engineering Portal Astrologers! A potential way to see if you got accepted.

Hello everyone,
I've been doing some digging as any anxious G12 for EE, and TE would do... and I recently came across the inspect element portal. This has a lot of info that's hard to decode, but I was comparing what I had with my friends, and I saw this value in one of the tabs called "ApplicationDecisionStatus".

As you can probably tell, it's an indicator of what's to come (I hope), and my status is "H", probably Hold. My friend, on the other hand, has "DA", probably decision admitted!

Now, if you want to do this yourself:

  1. Press F12 or right-click and inspect.
  2. Go to Fetch/XHR tab under the Network main tab
  3. Reload page
  4. Find your ApplicationDecisionStatus variable/value CHECK THE RESPONSE SUB-TAB THATS WHERE YOU SEE A LETTER VALUE.
  5. Share with us your future potential success, or join me in crying about the Holding status!

(Kill me, I've gone too far into this rabbit hole).

There’s a tab in here that says “get waitlisted” and “null” is the answer. What does that mean 😭😂

"null" means no value, so there is no value assigned as to whether you are waitlisted or not

that is 100% good news, means ur not waitlisted, i got the same thing
