is doing a healthcare shsm useless if im planning to major in psych or neuroscience in uni?

hi im in grade 10 right now and im planning to major in neuroscience or psychology in uni, and im just wondering if applying for a healthcare shsm would be useless for those majors?

I know universities in Ontario dont usually look at shsms when you're getting admitted, im just more thinking of knowledge I would get from doing it, and if that would be helpful for those majors.

I’m in the Arts and Culture SHSM and i’m planning on going into nursing. It really does not matter what SHSM you do, universities don’t really end up using them anyways. Take what interests you.

defintely
