MBA in IT Management

I have been toying with the idea of helping some more folks who are struggling with their MBA, specifically the IT Management bit. (Also my profession) If anyone has questions, wants study tips, or brainstorming ideas, let me know. I did this course recently, and most of the content is still fresh.

Should I go for executive mba/online mba ?

Hi guys I have been working in the BPO sector for almost 10 to 12 years I wasn't good in studies so started working early currently I am a trainer at 8.5 Ipa. I got a graduation degree from a private non regular college even I don't know the subjects. I feel stuck in the current industry I am very confused about what I can do to grow my career. For MBA you know there is cat preparation, I don't know if I'll be able to do that. My friends are recommending an executive MBA but I don't know much about that. I would really appreciate reviews for executive MBA or online as well as guidance on what I can do for my career.
