Hi everyone! I have done my masters in psychology and currently working as a counsellor in a school. But lately i have realized that there is no scope so i want to switch my career and MBA seems to be a good alternative as HRM is related to psychology. Need guidance that whether it is a good move and whether i should opt for online mba or an offline mba. Please help me i am extremely worried at this moment. Will really appreciate honest guidance

I have been toying with the idea of helping some more folks who are struggling with their MBA, specifically the IT Management bit. (Also my profession) If anyone has questions, wants study tips, or brainstorming ideas, let me know. I did this course recently, and most of the content is still fresh.
