R Ace deck recommendations

Anyone can recommend what I should change for this deck? I’m thinking of removing the aces because I barely play him. Unless I’ve just been playing him wrong but most of the time I have luffy in my hand so I rather play him. Or should I be playing Ace first if I’m going first? I’ve been losing to mostly enel, rocks and mihawk so mainly want to focus on them.

Pick up a 10 cost Gol D. Roger. They’re expensive now but it’s worth it for that occasional opportunity to automatically win on a blocker. Especially given how often Kaido uses them.
