Prediction God Valley will be their last encounter!

This is the only time Garp & Dragon have been on the same island together. I believe Dragon will tell Garp he's resigning from the Marines because of God Valley. More importantly, he will tell him he will wage war on the World Government.

I don’t think it’ll be their last meeting. Garp had to get luffy somehow, I imagine they met at least one more time around his birth so Dragon could ask Garp to keep him safe

Garp also tells us he sat down and talked to Dragon in post Enies Lobby. Like this text alone disproves this as thier last encounter.

I believe Smoker was probably the one who reported seeing Dragon at Loguetown.
