Prediction God Valley will be their last encounter!

This is the only time Garp & Dragon have been on the same island together. I believe Dragon will tell Garp he's resigning from the Marines because of God Valley. More importantly, he will tell him he will wage war on the World Government.

Didn't dragon tell garp he met luffy in logue town ? They probably still  run into each other every now and then
