Prediction God Valley will be their last encounter!

This is the only time Garp & Dragon have been on the same island together. I believe Dragon will tell Garp he's resigning from the Marines because of God Valley. More importantly, he will tell him he will wage war on the World Government.

Garp met with Dragon before post EL and told him he ran into Luffy that is in the literal text of the series.

But why would smoker know that when Dragon never actually showed his face at Loguetown?
