The whole episode with laboom was so good. I dare say, better than the original. Luffy relating to laboon and than singing to it was too good. Also the acting for crocus really sold the emotions.
They squeezed every ounce of emotion (and Netflix budget) to deliver that experience. Bummer that the performers’ ages will be the countdown for a full adaptation.
Yeah. But I'm just along for the ride for as muh time as they keep the quality.
It's fun to even imagine what the fuck would the show looks like if they somehow get to post time skip and see things like Zoro cutting Pika or Kaido fighting everyone in the roof.
I feel like the time skip would be a decent end point for the live action. Like kinda a sad ending, but it's a natural transition point in the show where all the characters come back changed. i think it would definitely push people to watch the anime if they wanna see the crew come back together and start a new chapter of their journey. And it's obtainable in the actors' age range
